Compensation and Benefits Lead at Tanihub
- In charge of designing, developing, implementing and managing salary, bonus and benefits packages for the employees of an organisation.
- Familiar with, payroll operation, social security (BPJS), timesheet and overtime.
- Monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity, and
- Maintain database of headcount against manpower plan and forecast and progress report to HR or Managers as requested.
- Keep update on employment law for compensation and benefit aspect and recommending to direct manager for review and new polices.
- Maintain a database of HR, system, policies and procedures as well ease employee dossier for easy management.
- Handle compensation, benefit, market review and payroll execution.
- Design and implement effective communication with management, employees on employee services related to C&B.
- Merit increment implementation and review in line with performance management evaluation.
- Annual Tax review Art.21 and coordinate budget report to Finance.
- Bachelor degree in HR, or equivalent in related field of experience
- Experience minimum 5-8 years with assignment in Compensation Benefit/Remuneration & Reward/Payroll management role
- Having nice interpersonal skill, coordination and good communication skill
- Proficiency in English verbally and written
- Self-driven, integrity and team player
