- Spearhead the end-to-end development of diverse types of content (e.g. key visuals, videos, photos, motion graphics, podcast, etc) that communicate Tanihub’s brand value proposition and brand essence in a consistent, customer-centric but also continuously “fresh” manner.
- Define content production standards (high production value, superior or differentiated styles) that will maximize the effectiveness and engagement level of the content.
- Build, grow and coach a team of videographers, photographers, video editors, motion graphers, graphic designers, creative leads, etc to support various business units and teams in the organization.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Brand, Content & Community Marketing, Corporate Communications, Growth, Performance Marketing, etc) to ultimately deliver breath-taking content.
- Manage both people and non-people budget effectively and efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- You are (almost) never satisfied with just "Good" and "Great" when it comes to Content. "Epic", "World-Class" and "Legendary" are your bare minimum.
- Have at least 3 years of full-time experience as a content production team leader for online / digital content development – experience in overseeing end-to-end content production process (from pre-production to post-production).
- Have managed at least 2 full-time, direct reports in a content production / creative team.
- Have an open-minded attitude towards balancing the “sweet spot” between great quality content and company’s priority goals/objectives.
- Have experience building a working creative production from less than 5 personnel to more than 20.
- Have direct, hands-on experience in professional-quality key visuals design, graphics design, film directing and/or video editing (short-form or long-form).
- Have experience in developing content for Cooking / Groceries / Fresh Produce (e.g. Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Seafood, etc) category.
- Have a strong network of diverse talent for video / photo shoot.
- Have at least 2 years’ working experience in content-development roles in top
- Marketing / Creative Agencies / Technology companies / Startups.
