What You Will Do:
- Build and lead the next growth engine of Tanihub – outbound telesales team for B2B business – to boost growth in demand targeting HORECA, Modern Trade, SME, and other channels/segments.
- Establish the necessary standard operating procedures, execution guidelines (selling script, scenarios, product knowledge, FAQs, etc) and codify the continuously improving best practices to enhance execution at scale, nationally.
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology/Product, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, etc) to ultimately deliver profitable growth through both acquisition of new B2B customers and retention of existing B2B customers.
Who will be suitable for this role:
- Have at least 5 years of full-time experience in B2B telesales in Indonesia.
- Have proven track record of playing a key role in driving sales growth through Telesales channel.
- Have managed at least 3 full-time, direct reports in a telesales team.
- Have led a telesales team that comprises of at least 5 personnel.
- Possess strong analytical skill and getting-things-done mindset.
- Bonus points
- Have experience with the Fresh Produce and/or Groceries category.
- Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.
- Have directly train B2B telesales team before.
