- Will lead commercial team in East Java & Bali region.
- Create creative strategies to boost the sales achievement.
- Handle the B2B offline sales, do the hard-selling sales.
- Achieve the monthly sales target, focus on sales growth.
- Maintain the team and make sure they achieve the target as well.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Min.7 Years of experience in offline sales and marketing field as Manager / Head of area.
- Has experience to handle and delegate responsibilities to team as sales manager.
- Proven history of creating effective offline sales & marketing programs.
- Experience in managing successful performance marketing campaigns.
- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
- Desire to work in a fast pace, start-up environment.
- Agile and ready to handle changes and challenges on the way.
- Ability to think out of the box (creative problem solving).
- Great communication skills using English is a must.
