Founded in 2010, we have grown to 250 people strong, proudly headquartered in Singapore with country offices in Indonesia and Malaysia and an omni-channel presence across these 3 markets. In addition to our retail franchise in Cambodia, we ship internationally to 15 markets (Hong Kong, China, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Macau, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia & Brunei).

The role

People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right! As our Senior People Partner (People Experience), People & Culture, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. Reporting into our Head of People & Culture, you will work alongside him in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty and innovation.

Main responsibilities

People Engagement

  • Work with our external partner to plan, conduct and administer quarterly employee engagement surveys
  • Derive meaningful insights from employee engagement analysis and translate the insights gained to recommend and roll out corrective or improvement actions with managers
  • Create and improve on P&C practices and policies while always having user experience in mind by incorporating feedback that is representative of #TeamLB’s voice
  • Engage and build great relationships with employees to cultivate a positive work environment and develop greater value from the contributions of our employees

People Wellness

  • Spearhead all initiatives that will improve employee engagement and bolster morale such as #wreckcreationalclub, wellness programmes, as well as other physical or virtual engagements to constantly improve and upgrade the quality of life for all of #TeamLB
  • Seek out on-brand and like-minded partners to curate a list of relevant perks and benefits for LB employees
  • Frequently review our Total Wellness offering to ensure that it’s fit-for-purpose

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Incorporate diversity and inclusion principles into P&C policies and translate the policies into day-to-day practices at the workplace
  • Plan and execute diversity and inclusion related activities that are compliant with diversity and inclusion policies and embrace diversity and inclusion culture
  • Contribute towards building the corporate branding for diversity and inclusion in all communications with stakeholders, respecting differences in perspectives and opinions, and working towards a mutually agreed outcome

Operational Excellence

  • Review the range of P&C services critically to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service quality or cost reduction.
  • Implement transformation programmes to improve the effectiveness of P&C service delivery and cost efficiency for the organisation.
  • Overall ownership of HRIS, Payroll, & Compensation & Benefits functions

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6 or more years of relevant P&C experience with good hands-on experience in People Operations, People Experience, or Business Partnering
  • BA/BS degree from university in business, psychology, sociology, human resource or other relevant field
  • Great understanding of the Employment Act and other relevant legislations applicable to the workplace
