Job Description

○ Accelerate the growth (sales & profitability) of TaniHub Food Solutions, the B2B business unit of TaniHub Group, which serves F&B businesses across multiple channels (HORECA, Modern Trade, SMEs, General Trade, Food Industries, Exports, etc) by:

  • Crafting & continuously refining the Sales Channel Strategy based on customer and market insights and foresights.
  • Driving Salesforce Excellence through salesforce training and performance management (including recruitment standards, incentives design and monitoring, on-boarding, etc).
  • Planning and driving implementation of strategic initiatives to deliver improved business metrics.
  • Leading insightful business reporting and analysis.

○ Act as the main liaison to other functions, including Supply Chain, Sourcing, Marketing, People/HR, Tech, Finance, etc.

○ Build, nurture and lead a team of channel strategy analysts, business analysts and salesforce excellence (training) operators.




○ Have at least 5 years of full-time experience in B2B commercial / sales / channel strategy roles, working at Indonesian-based companies.

○ Have proven track record of playing a key role in driving business growth and improvements through sales strategy / channel strategy / category strategy efforts – e.g. increase new client acquisition, drive client retention, increase share of clients’ spend/wallet, improving customer satisfaction, etc.

○ Strong leadership skill.


Bonus points

○ Have experience in leading/driving/designing training programs for B2B Field Sales personnel in Indonesia.

○ Have experience with the Fresh Produce and/or Groceries category.

○ Have worked at major FMCG / consumer products / Retail companies.

○ Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups,

especially e-commerce.

○ Have experience in top-tier Management Consulting firms.
