Job Description

1. Market Development & Generating Potential Customers (20%):
 
- Proactively propose, implement and execute activities/events/promotions aimed at
 
make the most of the B2C customer market.
 
2. Managing CRM System and building SOPs (10%):
 
- Experience in data management on CRM system.
 
- Build and improve working processes compatible with software systems.
 
3. Admissions Manager (40%):
 
- Develop a business plan to ensure the assigned targets.
 
- Implement, monitor and have a plan to motivate the Admissions team to achieve KPI targets according to
 
day/week/month/quarter.
 
- Build and improve sales scenarios suitable for each audience.
4. Operations Management and Student Care (20%):
 
- Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the Call Center and ensuring the organization operates at its best.
 
- Having in-depth knowledge of Call Center system to analyze sales situation in detail and improve Call Center's working efficiency; To ensure the company's KPIs.
 
- Coordinate with related departments (IT, R&D, TQM...) to perfect products to bring the best online learning experience to customers.
 
5. Resource Management - Employee Training and Development (10%):
 
- Manage 10 - 30 Telesale employees.
 
- Ensure the efficiency of resources based on approved staffing schedules and actual performance
 
in order to have suitable human resource (recruitment/transfer/termination) proposals.
 
- Training, assigning work and developing employees according to their capacity.
 
-Recognize, evaluate and recommend employee rewards periodically.
 
- Organize employee engagement activities to maintain a stable team.
 
- Planning to build succession team
What do you need to prepare?
 
  • Graduating from a College or University, preference is given to candidates graduating from the Department of Economics
  • 3 years of experience working in the field of Telesales and Customer Service.
  • Passionate about sales and business.
  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Have a progressive, diligent and honest spirit when dealing with customers
  • Use office informatics.
