• Lead and implement process for addressing any inquiries and questions from the franchise network related to financial operations (billing/ discount netting/refund/invoice cancellation/incoming payment)
• Manage reconciliation between HO and franchise network to ensure invoicing accuracy
• Manage timely invoicing to the franchise network
• Monitor the daily operational tasks of the AR collections
• Manage reporting to management on financial performance of the network (including monthly reconciliation between Billing/Accounting & Tax
• Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the processed set by the company
• Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency

• 5 years (or more) experience in finance operations role
• Strong communication skills within the team and within the franchise network (include responding to customer emails and team member)
• Excellent in excel/google sheet, any experience with CRM software can be a plus
• Experience in finance operations handling large franchise or distributor network
• Capacity to work under pressure & attention to detail
• Capacity to always anticipate and plan in advance to ensure to be able to reach deadline
• Comfortable in handling large/voluminous database
• Able to work independently and managing a small team with a hands on approach
• High spirit and fast learning
