Job Description
To be the central communication between the franchisor and franchisee. To make sure franchisees follow guidelines and SOPs; support, control and develop the market assigned with existing franchisees
Involved with other Business Units creating SOPs and Business Systems for Country level.
To make sure franchisees and Branch Management follow respected guidelines and SOPs.
Building a good relationship with the franchisee and internally
Training, coaching, and mentoring center leadership from time to time
Manage the Branch leader to implement appropriate sales strategies, tactics and action plans to support a strong market and customer focus, integrated with other product & service offerings as appropriate to support customer solutions
Setting branch target and discuss how to achieve that with the Branch management
Together with other Business Units creating a National program for Training, Marketing and Sales campaign to ensure uniform service levels and high teaching quality
Involved in product development and other initiatives
Involving in strategies and policies related to branch employee recruitment processes
